Self Healing 

Digitalisation has exponentially increased the demands placed on people in different areas of life, whether privately or professionally. A meritocracy in which success is quickly relativised and can only be achieved temporarily calls for innovations in order to meet these expectations. Physical and mental development and optimisation seem to be unavoidable to meet the challenges that arise.
